We understand that getting your items as quickly as possible is important to you, so we will make every effort to process your order swiftly. If you have not met the free shipping rate you can choose from Standard Delivery, Priority Tracked and Express Tracked Delivery service.

SHIPPING METHODS

• Standard Delivery Service

Your items will be delivered within 4-10 working days for all Europe destinations and 7-16 working days for rest of the world after you place your order (excluding weekends).

• Priority Tracked Delivery Service

Your items will be delivered within 3-9 working days for all Europe destinations and 6-14 working days for the rest of the world after you place your order (excluding weekends). This is a tracked service.

• Express Tracked Delivery Service

Your items will be delivered within 2-7 working days for all Europe destinations and 5-12 working days for the rest of the world after you place your order (excluding weekends). This is a tracked service.

Remember if your order is on or over $49 your delivery will be FREE.

IMPORTANT FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING AN OPTION

• ALL orders are shipped from us during business days (Monday-Friday).

• In case that you choose the Express Tracked shipping method, we are required to include a Customs Declaration Form describing the contents and value of the package when shipping outside of Europe. Many countries impose import duties or taxes. Unfortunately, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control. Please be sure to check the customs procedure in your country prior to making your purchase.

• We are working hard to make sure that your purchase arrives to your door swiftly and safely but keep in mind that there may be minor delays during the holiday season.

WARNING

ALL of our products based on flammable materials (flash paper, flash cotton etc.) will be shipped pre-soaked (wet) in accordance with EU and international shipping regulations and must be air dried before use (it typically takes 24-48 hours depending on ambient temperature and humidity).

With PayPal you enjoy the speed and security of an instant transaction with or without a credit card. So, whether you are a Paypal member or not you can checkout without exposing your personal info and credit card number.

Mail Order

You can also send us a check or Money Order. However, before doing that, please send us a mail so that we can verify the total number of products and shipping costs. Please note that all orders paid by Check or Money Orders will be shipped once the funds are approved. This may take up to 3 weeks. We accept US, UK and EURO currency orders only.
