RETURNS POLICY

At Pyromaniac Magic our goal is to keep our customers satisfied. With that in mind, we are more than happy to replace or refund any defective or damaged product at our own expense.

All you have to do is simply let us know about your issue within 30 days of receiving your order and then we will send you a return form to fill out and send the item back to us with a note enclosed explaining the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a replacement item, refund, or a different product.

Note that:

       • ALL returns are subject to inspection

       • ALL returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and all components, manuals included.

       • ALL products that are returned incomplete may NOT be accepted

If you have paid duty for the order you received and you wish to return it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To find out how and for any other queries about customs duty please contact your local customs authority. To ensure there is no further duty to pay please mark your return parcel, ‘RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE’.
